2000 15 hand Quarter Horse/Percheron gelding
Tuesday is the elusive combination clinic horse/show horse that I’ve been searching for for many years. I bought Tuesday in September of 2009 from a friend of mine in North Carolina, intending to use him as a clinic and school horse. What I found is that there really isn’t much Tuesday can’t do. He clinics, he starts colts, he is a fantastic school horse, he trail rides, and he horse shows! Tuesday tends to be very emotionally “flat”, so he’s great at babysitting worried or high-energy horses. He runs a very orderly pasture. Tuesday’s jumping ability was a bit of a surprise, and when he’s home, he shows very successfully on the local hunter/jumper circuit. Though Tuesday’s exterior is very cool and almost cold, he knows how special his skills are and enjoys being appreciated for who he is. As my friend Sara says, he’s not a grade horse, his breed is “Rock Star”!
